1例注射用红花黄色素致过敏性休克及急性心肌损伤的救治

摘　　要：研究显示,红花黄色素对心脑血管疾病、肾脏疾病、周围血管疾病具有广泛的治疗作用,除说明书中规定的适应证外,还被推荐用于中医辨证为血脉淤阻证的缺血性脑血管疾病、肾脏疾病及下肢深静脉血栓等。随着临床的广泛应用,注射用红花黄色素导致的过敏性紫癜、喉头水肿、过敏性休克等不良反应也逐渐增多,但关于注射用红花黄色素引起的心肌损伤报道较少。本院收治1例注射用红花黄色素致过敏性休克及急性心肌损伤报道,对其临床救治经过与结果进行分析。The studies show safflower yellow injection has a wide range of therapeutic effects on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,kidney diseases,and peripheral vascular diseases.In addition to the indications specified in the instructions,it is also recommended for ischemic cerebral vascular diseases,kidney diseases,deep venous thrombosis bytraditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation.With the wide clinical application,allergic purpura,laryngeal edema,anaphylactic shock and other serious adverse drug reactionscaused by safflower yellow pigment injection are gradually increasing.However,myocardial damage caused by safflower yellow injection is not reported.The anaphylactic shock and acute myocardial injury caused by safflower yellow pigment injection is reported in our hospital,and the process and results of clinical treatment is analyzed.
