摘  要:目的:探讨基于交互分析的同伴教育模式对急性心肌梗死(AMI)伴心律失常患者用药依从性的影响。方法:按照随机数字表法将本院于2021年6月—2023年3月收治的110例AMI伴心律失常患者分为两组,每组55例,所有患者均在入院后由具有丰富临床经验的医生进行PCI术治疗,并在术后予其常规治疗,抗血小板、调脂稳定斑块、抗心律失常,待其体征趋向稳定后,在此基础上,常规组采用常规健康教育,优化组采用基于交互分析的同伴教育模式,并对两组自我管理能力、自我感受负担、用药依从性以及不良心血管事件发生情况进行比较。结果:优化组干预2、4、8周后自我管理能力问卷得分均高于常规组(P<0.05);优化组干预2、4、8周后自我感受负担量表(SPBS)均低于常规组(P<0.05);优化组总依从率高于常规组(P<0.05);优化组不良心血管事件发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:将基于交互分析的同伴教育模式用于AMI伴心律失常患者中具有良好的干预效果,能够减轻患者自我管理负担,提高自我管理能力和用药依从性,有效避免不良心血管事件发生风险。Objective:To investigate the effect of peer education model based on interaction analysis on medication compliance in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods:According to the random number table method,110 patients with AMI and arrhythmia admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to March 2023 were divided into two groups,with 55 patients in each group.All patients were treated with PCI by doctors with rich clinical experience after admission,and routine treatment was given after operation,such as anti-platelet aggregation lipidregulating and stabilizing plaques anti-arhythmia.After their signs tended to be stable,on this basis,the routine group adopted routine health education,and the optimization group adopted the peer education model based on interactive analysis.The self-management ability,self-perceived burden,medication compliance and adverse cardiovascular events were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of the self-management ability questionnaire after 2,4 and 8 weeks were higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05);the self-perceived burden scale(SPBS)after 2,4 and 8 weeks was lower than the conventional group(P<0.05);the total compliance rate was higher than the conventional group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events was lower than the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The peer education model for patients with AMI with arrhythmia has good intervention effect,which can reduce the burden of self-management,improve self-management ability and medication compliance,and effectively avoid the risk of adverse cardiovascular events.
