摘　　要：目的:研究硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊联用保妇康栓治疗霉菌性阴道炎的效果。方法:选择2019年1月—2022年12月本院收治的70例霉菌性阴道炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组单用硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊,观察组在对照组基础上联用保妇康栓。比较两组临床疗效、症状评分、血清指标[白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、干扰素-γ(INF-γ)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平]。结果:观察组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组阴道瘙痒、白带异味、阴道黏膜充血和阴道烧灼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组阴道灌洗液中IL-2、INF-γ和TNF-α水平高于对照组,IL-6、MCP-1、IL-10和IL-4水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊联用保妇康栓对霉菌性阴道炎有显著的效果,可改善临床症状,抑制炎症因子水平,增强机体免疫,值得临床应用。Objective:To study the effect of nifuratel nystatin vaginal soft capsule combined with Baofukang suppository in the treatment of colpomycosis.Methods:A total of 70 patients with colpomycosis admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 35 patients in each group.The control group was treated with nifuratel nystatin vaginal soft capsule alone,and the observation group was treated with Baofukang suppository on the basis of the control group.The clinical eficacy,symptom score and serum indexes[interleukin-4(IL-4),interferon-(INF-γ),interleukin-6(IL-6),monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1),interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-10(IL-10)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels]were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of vaginal itching,leucorrhea odor,vaginal mucosal congestion and vaginal burning pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-2,INF-γ and TNF-α in vaginal lavage fuid of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the levels of IL-6,MCP-1,IL-10 and IL-4 were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nifuratel nystatin vaginal soft capsule combined with Baofukang suppository has a significant effect on colpomycosis,which can improve clinical symptoms,inhibit the level of inflammatory factors,enhance the body's immunity,and is worthy of clinical application.
