摘　　要：目的:探讨信息-动机-行为(IMB)引导的护理干预在胃息肉内镜术后应用质子泵抑制剂期间的效果。方法:选取本院2021年9月—2023年9月行内镜下氩离子凝固术治疗的胃息肉患者80例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40),所有患者均于术后应用质子泵抑制剂治疗,在此期间对照组实施常规健康教育,观察组实施IMB引导的护理干预,两组均干预4周。比较两组干预后的用药知识掌握情况、用药依从性及干预前后的自我管理能力[成人健康自我管理能力量表(AHSMSRS)评分]。结果:观察组整体用药知识掌握情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组整体用药依从性优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组自我管理行为、认知、环境评分较干预前提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:IMB引导的护理干预可提高胃息肉内镜术后应用质子泵抑制剂患者的用药知识掌握情况、用药依从性及自我管理能力。Objective:To explore the effect of information-motivation-behavioral(IMB)guided nursing intervention during the application of proton pump inhibitors after endoscopic surgery for gastric polyps.Methods:Eighty patients with gastric polyps who underwent endoscopic argon ion coagulation treatment in the hospital from September 2021 to September 2023 were randomly divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40).All patients were treated with proton pump inhibitors after surgery.During this period,the control group received routine health education,while the observation group received IMB guided nursing intervention.Both groups received a 4-week intervention.The mastery of medication knowledge,medication compliance,and self-management ability before and after intervention between two groups[Adult Health Self Management Ability Scale(AHSMSRS)score]were compared.Results:The overall mastery of medication knowledge in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The overall medication adherence of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-management behavior,cognition and environment in both groups were higher with those before intervention,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:IMB-guided nursing intervention can improve the mastery of medication knowledge,medication compliance and selfmanagement ability of patients with proton pump inhibitors after endoscopic surgery of gastric polyps.
