健康意识理论下的程序化护理应用于白内障患者术后药物治疗期间的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨健康意识理论下的程序化护理在白内障患者术后药物治疗期间的应用效果。方法:选取2021年6月—2023年6月本院白内障手术后采用药物治疗的110例患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(实施程序化护理,55例)和观察组(实施健康意识理论下的程序化护理,55例),两组均干预1个月。比较两组用药依从性(Morisky用药依从性量表)、自我护理能力[自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)]、生活质量[生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)]。结果:观察组整体用药依从性优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组干预后ESCA评分、GQOLI-74评分均较干预前提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在白内障患者术后药物治疗期间应用健康意识理论下的程序化护理可提高其用药依从性和自我护理能力,改善生活质量。Objective:To explore the application effect of programmed nursing under the theory of health consciousness in postoperative drug treatment of cataract patients.Methods:A total of 110 patients who underwent drug treatment after cataract surgery in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into control group(programmed nursing,55 patients)and observation group(programmed nursing under the theory of health consciousness,55 patients)according to the random number table method.Both groups were intervened for 1 month.The medication compliance(Morisky Medication Adherence Scale),self-care ability[the Exereise of Self-care Agency Scale(ESCA)]and quality of life[quality of life comprehensive assessment questionnaire(GQOLI-74)]were compared between the two groups.Results:The overall medication compliance of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The ESCA score and GQOLI-74 score of the two groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of programmed nursing under the theory of health consciousness during the postoperative drug treatment can improve the medication compliance and self-care ability of cataract patients,and improve their quality of life.
