摘  要:针对传统熔模铸造工艺在确定压型尺寸时需要反复多次试验所带来的时间长、成本高问题,进行了叶片快速熔模铸造方法的研究。该方法采用ABS打印燃气轮机叶片,并通过粘接蜡质浇注系统组成熔模模组。经5层挂砂后将失蜡、焙烧后的铸造型壳浇注金属,获得了叶片铸件。同时,针对生产过程中的型壳破裂建立了变形协调方程,应用有限元软件分析获得了铸件和型壳的应力等效应力云图,提出了优化措施,最终获得了优质铸件。In response to the problems of long time and high cost caused by repeated experiments in determining the mold size in traditional investment casting technology,a study is conducted on achieving rapid investment casting of 3D printed blades.Using ABS printing for gas turbine blades,adhesive wax casting system is used to form an investment mold;after 5 layers of sand coating,the lost wax and roasted casting shell is poured with metal to obtain the blade casting.In response to the cracking of the mold shell during the production process,a deformation coordination equation is established,and finite element software is used to analyze the stress and other stress cloud maps of the casting and mold shell.Optimization measures are proposed,and high-quality castings are obtained.
