摘 要:为进一步提高数控机床的加工性能,对某企业设计的立式加工中心主轴箱进行静动态特性分析,根据有限元分析结果对主轴箱原有结构进行优化设计,以主轴箱的动态刚度和质量为优化目标,采用响应面法对主轴箱加强筋板的尺寸和位置进行优化,并对优化后的主轴箱结构进行再一次的静动态分析,以检验其机械结构刚度是否得到加强。分析结果表明,优化后主轴箱的机械结构刚度比优化前有较小改善,说明主轴箱的初始结构设计较为合理,为企业实际生产奠定理论基础。所研究的分析方法为相关企业同类产品开发提供技术支持。In order to further improve the processing performance of CNC machine,the static and dynamic characteristics of the spindle box of the vertical machining center actually designed and produced by an enterprise is analyzed in this paper firstly.Secondly,according to the results of finite element analysis,the original structure of the spindle box is optimized.The dynamic stiffness and mass of the spindle box is taken as the objective,and optimization of the size and position of the stiffeners is carried out by using the response surface method.Finally,the static and dynamic analysis on the optimized spindle box structure is performed again to verify whether the mechanical structural rigidity is strengthened.The analysis results show that the mechanical structure stiffness of the optimized headstock is slightly improved,which indicates that the initial structural design of the headstock is reasonable.The method of correlation analysis in this paper would lay a theoretical foundation for the actual production and provide technical support for the similar product development of the related enterprises.
