摘 要:在考虑两级传动减速器各种特性的基础上,为了实现提高系统的整体性能和综合经济效益的目标,提出了综合考虑最小体积、最小中心距及等强度计算三个因素的传动比分配方法。以二级展开结构为例,分析了传动比对减速器尺寸及齿轮安全系数的影响。增大第一级传动比,可以减小减速器重量;按最小重量(体积)分配原则分配传动比,所得减速器在轴的垂直平面内尺寸相对较小。随着第一级传动比的增加,两级齿轮传动系统的接触应力差值也随之增加;传动比对齿面接触最小安全系数S H的影响较小,但对齿根弯曲最小安全系数S F的影响较大。Based on the consideration of various characteristics of the double tansmission reducer,in pursuit of the goal to enhance the overall performance and comprehensive economic benefits of the system,a method for transmission ratio distribution is presented,taking into account three factors:minimum volume,minimum center distance,and equal strength calculation.Taking a double tansmission helical gear structure as an example,the impact of transmission ratios on the dimensions of the reducer and the safety factor of the gears is analyzed.Increasing the first-stage transmission ratio could reduce the weight of the reducer;When the transmission ratios are distributed according to the principle of minimizing weight(volume),the resulting reducer has relatively smaller dimensions within the vertical plane of the shaft.As the first-stage transmission ratio increases,the difference in contact stress in the double gear tansmission reducer also increases.The impact of transmission ratio on the minimum safety factor S H for tooth surface contact is relatively minor,but it has a significant effect on the minimum safety factor S F for root bending.
