摘  要:YF17,YF17A卷烟储存输送装置在清洁过程中会有大量烟末从设备缝隙进入存储筒内部。并且由于机械结构限制,需拆卸存储筒才能进行有效清洁。烟末的长期存在会滋生烟虫,从而严重影响烟支质量。针对此问题,该文提出存储筒除烟末系统改进方案,通过对YF17,YF17A卷烟储存输送装置存储筒传动结构的分析,设计一套存储筒清除烟末的系统,以防止烟末进入存储筒内部,同时将进入存储筒的烟末自动清扫出存储筒。YF17,YF17A卷烟储存输送装置存储筒经过为期300天的验证,实现了存储筒清除烟末的功能,有效预防了烟虫的滋生,提高了烟支质量,此改进方法对存储筒结构改进有重要参考意义。During the cleaning process of YF17,YF17A cigarette storage and conveying device,a large amount of smoke enters the storage cylinder from the gap of the device.Due to limitation of the mechanical structure,the storage cylinder needs to be disassembled for effective cleaning.The long-term existence of cigarette dust will breed tobacco worms,which will seriously affect the quality of cigarettes.In view of this problem,a scheme for improving the smoke dust removal system of storage canisters is proposed in this paper.By analyzing the transmission structure of storage canisters of YF17,YF17A cigarette storage and conveying device,a system for removing smoke dust from storage canisters is designed to prevent smoke dust from entering the inside of storage canisters.At the same time,the smoke powder entering the storage tank is automatically cleaned out of the storage tank.After 300 days of verification in the storage tank of YF17,YF17A cigarette storage and conveying device,the function of the storage tank is achieved,which can effectively prevent the accumulation of smoke powder and breed smoke insects,and improve the quality of cigarettes.This improvement method has important reference significance for improvement of the storage tank structure.
