摘 要:针对某铸造高温合金结构件材料的自动化生产线设计需求,通过研究该结构件自动化加工工艺技术并制定零件制造工艺流程,解决了零件难装夹找正、易变形、加工公差累计等问题;应用敏捷工装,实现了零件自动上下料和一次装夹加工,减少了重复装夹误差,保证了尺寸一致性;应用陶瓷刀具及刀具磨损情况监控设备,使刀具尺寸一致性保持在0.05 mm以内,零件加工质量稳定、可靠,刀具消耗成本降低50%,加工效率提高300%以上。此方法为铸造零件建设自动化加工生产线提供了工艺方法、产线建设参考。According to the design requirements of an automatic production line for casting superalloy structural parts,the automatic processing technology of the structural parts is studied to solve the problems such as difficult assembly and alignment,easy deformation,and accumulation of machining tolerances,etc.,and the parts manufacturing process is also developed.The application of agile tooling can realize automatic loading and unloading of parts and one-time clamping processing,reduce repeated clamping errors and ensure the dimensional consistency.Through the application of ceramic tools and the monitoring of tool wear,the size consistency is within 0.05mm,the parts processing quality is stable and reliable,the tool consumption cost is reduced by 50%,and the processing efficiency is increased by more than 300%.This method provides a reference for the construction of automatic production line for casting parts.
