基于脑-肠轴探讨补中益气汤治疗气血亏虚型眩晕的作用机制

摘　　要：肠道与中枢神经系统具有复杂的双向关系,被称为脑肠轴,通过重要的神经递质作为“沟通的桥梁”,相互影响。眩晕作为神经系统疾病之一,发病因素众多,病因复杂,病程迁延难愈。有研究显示具有益气升阳作用的补中益气汤治疗气血亏虚型眩晕疗效较好。补中益气汤已被证明对胃肠动力学障碍有明显的改善作用,推测补中益气汤可能通过改善肠道功能,推动血液运行,营养清窍,达到治疗气血亏虚型眩晕的目的。这正体现了中医“异病同治”的治则。文章以补中益气汤为中介,以脑肠轴为切入点,探讨补中益气汤治疗气血亏虚型眩晕的作用机制,为临床用药提供新的思路。The gut and the central nervous system have a complex bidirectional relationship,known as the gut brain axis,through important neurotransmitters as a"bridge of communication".Influence each other.Vertigo,as one of the diseases of the nervous system,many risk factors,causes complex,illnesses out painless,research suggests that having a beneficial role in Qi and raising Yang,Buzhong Yiqi Decoction(补中益气汤)is beneficial to qi and blood deficiency type of vertigo,and Buzhong Yiqi Decoction has proven obviously effect on dynamics of gastrointestinal disorders,speculated that Buzhong Yiqi Decoction may promote the blood running by improving the intestinal function,Thus alleviate cerebral ischemia and achieve the purpose of trea-ting qi and blood deficiency vertigo.This reflects the principle of"treating different diseases with the same treatment".There-fore,this paper will take Buzhong Yiqi Decoction as the intermediary and brain-gut axis as the entry point to explore the mecha-nism of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of qi-blood deficiency vertigo,providing new ideas for clinical medication.
