摘　　要：卒中相关睡眠障碍(stroke-related sleep disorders,SSD)是指在卒中后首次出现或卒中前已有的睡眠障碍在卒中后持续存在或加重,并达到睡眠障碍诊断标准的一组临床综合征。作为卒中常见的并发症,不仅会影响卒中患者的康复和生活质量,还会增加卒中复发和焦虑、认知能力下降等精神障碍的风险。目前西医治疗SSD主要是运用镇静催眠类药物、抗精神病类药物,见效快的同时存在成瘾性、疗效不稳定等问题。中医药作为治疗SSD的一种有效手段,可减轻患者痛苦,提高生活质量,与西医联合治疗能够达到相得益彰的效果。文章就近年文献中对SSD中西医治疗进展进行论述,为临床SSD的治疗提供参考。Stroke-related sleep disorder(SSD)refers to a group of clinical syndromes in which sleep disorders first appea-ring after stroke or preexisting before stroke persist or worsen after stroke and meet the diagnostic criteria for sleep disorders.As a common complication of stroke,it not only affects the rehabilitation and quality of life of stroke patients,but also increases the risk of stroke recurrence and mental disorders such as anxiety and cognitive decline.At present,western medicine mainly uses sedative and hypnotic drugs and antipsychotic drugs in the treatment of SSD,but there are problems such as large side effects and unstable efficacy.At present,western medicine mainly uses sedative and hypnotic drugs and antipsychotic drugs to treat SSD.These drugs work fast,and there are problems such as addiction and unstable efficacy.Traditional Chinese medicine as an effec-tive means of treatment of SSD,can reduce the pain of patients,improve the quality of life,combined with western medicine can achieve synergistic effect.Therefore,this paper mainly discusses the progress of traditional Chinese and western medicine treat-ment of SSD in recent years,so as to provide reference for the treatment of SSD.
