芩连平胃散加减治疗脾胃湿热型痤疮的理论初探

摘　　要：痤疮为临床常见疾病,目前治疗难点在于其具有难愈性、反复性、易感性。文章以中医学理论为指导,整合各医家对湿热型痤疮的认识,提出痤疮的发病以脾胃湿热为重要病机,痤疮常见的临床症状与脾胃湿热关系密切,引起痤疮难愈性、反复性、易感性的根本在于脾湿胃热,湿浊相合,郁热上蒸于面部。故在治疗过程中应着重清脾胃湿热,使升降协调,燥湿相济,以清热燥湿为主,辅以消食健脾,切中痤疮病机,方用芩连平胃散为基础方防治痤疮,符合治病求本的原则,可有效缓解皮损及伴随症状,可以为痤疮的临床治疗提供思路。Acne is a common clinical disease,and the difficulty of treatment lies in its refractory,repetitive and susceptibili-ty.Article guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,the integration of the understanding of damp-heat acne,acne in the onset of the spleen and stomach as important pathogenesis,acne common clinical symptoms are closely related to the spleen and stomach,cause acne refractory,repetitive,susceptibility is the spleen wet stomach heat,wet turbidity,yu heat steam on the face.So in the process of treatment should focus on the spleen and stomach dampness,make lifting coordination,dry wet,with heat clearing wet,supplemented by food spleen,acne machine,with qin even flat stomach powder as the basis of prevention and treatment of acne,conform to the principle of cure,can effectively alleviate skin lesions and accompanying symptoms,can pro-vide ideas for the clinical treatment of acne.
