中药外敷联合推拿手法在产褥期急性乳腺炎中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探究中药外敷联合推拿手法对产褥期急性乳腺炎的干预效果。方法选择2021年9月—2022年9月郑州大学第五附属医院收治的100例产褥期急性乳腺炎患者,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组各50例。对照组在常规护理基础上采用乳腺疏导推拿进行干预,试验组在对照组基础上给予中药外敷,比较两组干预前后症状体征积分;疼痛消失时间,体温恢复时间及通乳时间及干预前后炎症因子水平。结果干预后,试验组乳房肿痛、乳房肿块及乳汁分泌各项积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组疼痛消失时间、体温恢复时间及通乳时间均短于对照组(P<0.01);干预后试验组WBC及CRP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药外敷联合推拿手法可以提高产褥期急性乳腺炎干预效果,缓解患者疼痛、缩小肿块,同时还可以有效抑制炎症。Objective To explore the intervention effect of external application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with massage on puerperal acute mastitis.Methods 100 patients with puerperal acute mastitis admitted to Zhengzhou University Fifth Affiliated Hospitalfrom September 2021 to September 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mammary massage on the basis of routine nursing,and the obser-vation group was treated with external application of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.Symptom and sign scores of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.The time when pain disappeared,the time when body temperature recovered,the time when milk was cleared,and the levels of inflammatory cytokines before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the scores of breast swelling,breast mass and milk secretion in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The time of pain disappearance,temperature recovery and lactation in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.01).After intervention,the levels of WBC and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with massage can improve the therapeutic effect of puerperal acute mastitis,relieve the pain of patients,reduce the mass,but also can effec-tively inhibit inflammation,worthy of promotion.
