活血通痹散联合透刺法治疗老年性膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究活血通痹散联合透刺法治疗老年性膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取三门峡市第三人民医院2019年1月—2022年4月收治的80例膝关节骨性关节炎老年患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各40例,对照组采用西医常规治疗及透刺法治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合活血通痹散治疗,比较3个疗程后两组治疗总有效率、血清炎症因子水平、膝关节评分(Lysholm)及疼痛VAS评分。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)均下降(P<0.05),观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组Lysholm评分、疼痛VAS评分均明显下降(P<0.05),观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论活血通痹散联合透刺法治疗老年性膝关节骨性关节炎,可明显缓解患者临床病症、减轻患者痛苦。Objective To explore the effect of Huoxue Tongbi powder(活血通痹散)combined with penetrating needling thera-py on senile knee osteoarthritis.Methods Eighty elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Sanmenxia from January 2019 to April 2022 were selected,and divided into two groups according to random number table meth-ods,each with 40 cases.Reference group received conventional western medicine combined with penetrating needling therapy,based on this,observation group received Huoxue Tongbi powder.After three courses of treatment,the total efficacy rate,serum in-flammatory factors,Lysholm knee score and visual analogue scale(VAS)score were compared between two groups.Results The total efficacy rate in observation group was notably higher(P<0.05).After treatment,serum levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)and tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)were decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and the three in-flammation factors were remarkably lower in observation group than in reference group(P<0.05).A reduction was observed in Lysholm knee score and VAS score in both groups after treatment,and observation group scored lower on two scales than reference group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of Huoxue Tongbi powder combined with penetrating nee-dling therapy in the treatment of senile knee osteoarthritis can effectively ameliorate the clinical symptoms and alleviate the pain degree in patients.
