从肠黏膜炎性损伤的细胞因子探究中医复方治疗肠易激综合征

摘　　要：肠易激综合征是一种临床上常见的功能性胃肠疾病,其发病的病理生理学机制复杂,与胃肠动力学异常、内脏高敏性、脑—肠轴调节异常、肠黏膜损伤等有关。随着人们对肠易激综合征的研究和认识不断深入,越来越多地将肠易激综合征从功能性研究转向“器质性”研究,近年来不断有研究发现,肠易激综合征与肠黏膜炎性损伤的细胞因子之间存在密切的联系,探究肠黏膜炎性损伤及其相关的细胞因子与肠易激综合征之间的相互联系备受关注。中医复方治疗肠易激综合征的临床效果显著,已有的研究发现,中医复方能够通过调控肠黏膜炎性损伤的细胞因子,促进肠黏膜的修复以达到治疗肠易激综合征的目的。文章将介绍肠黏膜炎性损伤及其相关的细胞因子与肠易激综合征之间的联系以及中医复方调控肠黏膜炎性损伤细胞因子治疗肠易激综合征的研究进展,从分子角度探究中医复方治疗肠易激综合征的机制,为临床进一步推广使用中医复方治疗肠易激综合征提供依据。Irritable Bowel Syndrome is a common clinical functional gastrointestinal disease with complex pathophysiological mechanisms,which are related to abnormal gastrointestinal motility,visceral hypersensitivity,abnormal regulation of the brain-gut axis,and Intestinal mucosal damage.With the continuous deepening of research and understanding of irritable bowel syn-drome,more and more people have turned irritable bowel syndrome from functional research to"organic"research.There is a close relationship between the irritable bowel syndrome and the cytokines of intestinal mucous membrane inflammatory injury,and it has attracted much attention to explore the relationship between inflammatory injury of intestinal mucous and its related cyto-kines and irritable bowel syndrome.Traditional Chinese Medicine Compounds have good clinical effects in the treatment of irrita-ble bowel syndrome.Existing studies have found that Traditional Chinese Medicine Compounds can regulate these cytokines and promote the repair of intestinal mucous membrane to achieve the purpose of treating irritable bowel syndrome.This article will in-troduce the relationship between inflammatory injury of intestinal mucous and its related cytokines and irritable bowel syndrome,and the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine compounds regulate the cytokines of intestinal mucous membrane in-flammatory injury in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome.From the perspective of molecular biology to explore the mecha-nism of traditional Chinese medicine compounds in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome,and provides a basis for further clinical promotion of the use of traditional Chinese medicine compounds in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome.
