经皮穴位电刺激联合盐酸伊托必利片治疗功能性消化不良疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究经皮穴位电刺激联合盐酸伊托必利片治疗功能性消化不良的疗效。方法选取宿迁市中医院2019年1月—2022年1月门诊收治的72例功能性消化不良患者,通过随机数法分为试验组(36例)及对照组(36例),对照组予以盐酸伊托必利片治疗,试验组给予经皮穴位电刺激联合盐酸伊托必利片给药治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的胃电图、中医证候积分变化、不良反应。结果治疗前,两组胃体及胃窦电功率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组胃体、胃窦电功率水平较治疗前均降低(P<0.05),试验组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论经皮穴位电刺激联合盐酸伊托必利片治疗功能性消化不良患者,有利于控制改善肠胃功能,降低不良反应发生情况,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effects of percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation combined with itopride hydro-chloride tablets on Electrogastrogram and heart rate variability in patients with functional dyspepsia.Methods 72 patients with functional dyspepsia treated in Suqian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2022 were randomly divided into study group(36 cases)and control group(36 cases).The control group was treated with itopride hydrochloride tab-lets.The study group was treated with percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation combined with itopride hydrochloride tablets.Changes in electrogastrography,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before treatment and one month after medication.Results Before treatment,there was no significant differ-ence in the electric power of gastric body and antrum between the two groups(P>0.05),after treatment,the electric power lev-els of gastric body and antrum in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05),after treatment,the experimental group's TCM syndrome scores were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation combined with itopride hydrochloride tablets for treating patients with functional dyspepsia is beneficial in controlling and improving gastrointestinal function and reducing adverse reactions,making it worthy of clinical application.
