摘　　要：人类表皮生长因子受体2又称P185,其主要编码为人类表皮生长因子受体2蛋白。它介导信号的主要传导途径是Ras/Raf/丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(Mitogen-Activated Protein Kinase,MAPK)、磷脂酰肌醇3激酶(Phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase,PI3K)-蛋白激酶B(Akt)、信号转导和转录活化因子(Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription,STAT)和磷酸肌醇特异性磷脂酶C通路等。人类表皮生长因子受体2被发现于20世纪80年代。人类表皮生长因子受体2在多种恶性肿瘤中呈现高表达,与肿瘤的发生、侵袭、转移及复发密切相关。另外,人类表皮生长因子受体2基因的过表达还是一个重要的临床治疗监测及预后指标,并且是肿瘤靶向治疗药物选择的一个重要靶点。胃癌在我国常见的恶性肿瘤中发病率居第2位,且发病群体逐渐年轻化,故尽早发现、明确诊断以及精确治疗是提高患者生存率、改善生活质量的根本方法。随着社会的发展,中医药在治疗疾病的过程中被广泛应用,充分发挥中医中药的优势。文章从人类表皮生长因子受体2的生物学功能、对胃癌的影响等方面进行复习,并依据中医的整体观及辨证论治的特点论述中医药在人类表皮生长因子受体2胃癌诊疗过程中的意义,旨在为采用中医药对人类表皮生长因子受体2胃癌进行诊断、治疗和预后提供综合性的理论依据及临床方法。Human epidermal growth factor receptor-2(HER-2),also known as P185,mainly encodes human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 protein.The main transmission pathways are Ras/Raf/MAPK,PI3K-Akt,STAT and PLC pathways.HER-2 was discovered in the 1980s.HER-2 is highly expressed in many kinds of malignant tumors,which is closely related to the occurrence,invasion,metastasis and recurrence of tumors.In addition,the overexpression of HER-2 is not only an important clinical treatment monitoring and prognosis index,but also an important target for tumor targeted drug selection.Gastric cancer ranks second in the incidence of common malignant tumors in China,and the incidence peopleare getting younger and younger gradually.Early detection,definite diagnosis and accurate treatment are the fundamental ways to improve the survival rate and quality of life of patients.With the development of the times,traditional Chinese medicine is widely used in the treatment of diseases,and the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine should be brought into full play.This article reviews the biological function of HER-2 and its effect on gastric cancer.According to the characteristics of the holistic view and of syndrome differentiation and treatment of TCM.The significance of traditional Chinese medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of HER-2 in gastric cancer is discussed.The purpose of this study is to provide a comprehensive theoretical basis and clinical method for the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of HER-2 in gastric cancer in traditional Chinese medicine.
