基于TLR4/NF-κB通路探讨穴位敷贴对过敏性鼻炎患儿疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析基于TLR4/NF-κB通路探讨穴位敷贴对过敏性鼻炎患儿疗效的影响。方法 选择2022年4月—2023年6月医院收治的过敏性鼻炎患儿78例,将其随机分为观察组40例、对照组38例。对照组患儿采用左卡巴斯汀治疗,观察组联合给予穴位敷贴治疗,比较两组临床疗效、证候积分变化、鼻通气功能变化、TLR4/NF-κB通路变化、治疗期间不良反应发生情况及治疗后随访复发情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,而治疗后复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后证候积分、鼻通气能力均显著改善(P<0.05),且观察组患儿改善情况更优(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患儿TLR4/NF-κB通路表达均显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组患儿TLR4/NF-κB通路抑制显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 穴位敷贴辅助治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎有助于提高临床疗效,改善患儿临床症状,同时降低治疗后复发率,其作用机制可能与抑制过敏性鼻炎患儿TLR4/NF-κB通路表达有关,治疗安全有效,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the effect of acupoint application on children with allergic rhinitis based on TLR4/NF-κB pathway.Methods A total of 78 children with allergic rhinitis admitted to our hospital from April 2022 to June 2023 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(38 cases).The control group was given levokabastin nasal spray treatment,and the observation group was given acupoint application treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,syndrome score changes,nasal ventilation function changes,TLR4/NF-κB pathway changes,adverse reac-tions during treatment and recurrence after follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate after treatment was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the syndrome scores and nasal ventilation ability of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the improvement of the observation group was better(P<0.05).After treatment,the expression of TLR4/NF-κB pathway in the two groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the inhibition of TLR4/NF-κB pathway in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application assisted treatment of allergic rhinitis in children can help improve the clinical efficacy,improve the clinical symptoms of children,and reduce the recurrence rate after treatment.The mechanism may be related to inhibiting the expression of TLR4/NF-κB pathway in children with allergic rhini-tis.The treatment is safe and effective,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
