知柏地黄汤联合甲硝唑对老年性阴道炎治疗效果的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨知柏地黄汤联合甲硝唑对老年性阴道炎治疗效果的影响。方法选取2022年3月—2022年11月在医院就诊的老年性阴道炎患者88例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各44例。对照组采用甲硝唑治疗;观察组采用知柏地黄汤联合甲硝唑治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后外阴瘙痒、外阴灼烧、分泌物异常等中医证候积分及阴道PH值、激素[黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)]水平;另外,比较两组治疗总有效率。结果治疗后,观察组中医证候积分及总积分低于对照组,阴道PH值、LH及FSH水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为97.73%,高于对照组的81.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论知柏地黄汤联合甲硝唑治疗老年性阴道炎,可以有效改善症状,提高疗效。Objective To explore the effect of Zhibai Dihuang Decoction(知柏地黄汤)combined with metronidazole on the treatment of senile vaginitis.Methods Eighty-eight elderly patients with vaginitis who visited the hospital from March to Novem-ber 2022 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 44 patients in each group.The control group was treated with metronidazole.The observation group was treated with Zhibai Dihuang Decoction combined with metronidazole.The scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms such as vulvar itching,vulvar burning and abnormal secretion were compared before and after treatment,as well as the levels of vaginal pH and hormones such as luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)between the two groups.In addition,the total effective rate of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and total score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the vaginal pH,the levels of LH and FSH were lower than those in the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.73%,higher than 81.82%of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Zhibai Dihuang Decoction and metronidazole can effectively improve the symptoms and enhance the therapeutic effects in the treatment of senile vaginitis.
