摘　　要：胆碱能性荨麻疹属慢性荨麻疹的一种,西医予抗组胺药物治疗,在临床治疗上效果欠佳,中医辨证论治在慢性荨麻疹的治疗上有显著的特色与优势,文章浅谈田静教授治疗胆碱能性荨麻疹的临证经验,田静教授认为“从肝论治”胆碱能性荨麻疹可从“肝郁气滞”“肝经风热”两个方面来辨证论治。通过列举2例验案,探讨与阐明田静教授治疗胆碱能性荨麻疹的学术思想和用药特点,以便同道参考借鉴,共同造福于临床患者。Cholinergic urticaria is a kind of chronic urticaria,Western medicine to give antihistamine drug treatment,the effect on clinical treatment is not good,Chinese medicine dialectical treatment in the treatment of chronic urticaria has significant characteristics and advantages,this paper briefly talks about Professor Tian Jing's clinical experience in the treatment of choliner-gic urticaria,Professor Tian Jing believes that"Treating from the liver"cholinergic urticaria can be dialectically treated from the two aspects of"liver depression and stagnation"and"liver wind and heat".In this paper,by listing 2 cases,this paper discus-ses and elucidates the academic ideas and medication characteristics of Professor Tian Jing in the treatment of cholinergic urticari-a,so as to refer to the same way and jointly benefit clinical patients.
