摘　　要：急性心肌梗死(AMI)是一种严重的心血管疾病,冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)是其重要的治疗方法之一。然而,AMI患者在PCI术后往往需要进行长期的康复护理来促进心脏功能的恢复和改善生活质量。运动康复作为一种非药物治疗方法,已经被广泛应用于AMI患者的康复护理中,并取得了一定的进展。此文旨在综述PCI术后运动康复护理在AMI患者中的研究与进展,以提高AMI患者的康复效果和生活质量。Acute myocardial infarction(AMI)is a serious cardiovascular disease,and coronary interventional therapy(PCI)is one of its important treatment methods.However,AMI patients often need long-term rehabilitation care after PCI to promote the recovery of cardiac function and improve quality of life.As a non-drug therapy,exercise rehabilitation has been widely used in the rehabilitation nursing of AMI patients,and has made some progress.This article aims to review the research and progress of exercise rehabilitation nursing in AMI patients after PCI,so as to improve the rehabilitation effect and quality of life of AMI patients.
