摘　　要：目的探讨Virtual Private Network(简称VPN)直连的区域医学影像中心运行服务的优势与不足。方法利用VPN设备将区域内社区卫生服务中心医学影像设备全部连入影像中心PACS,由影像中心出具报告。结果基于VPN直连模式的区域影像中心构架简单,传输速度快,一次性投资较少,方便影像中心医生在完成本院工作同时兼职出具其他医院报告。结论基于VPN模式的区域影像中心投资少、见效快,适合不发达地区或缺乏一次性投入较大资金的影像中心初期运行。Objective To evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of running the medicine imaging center service with VPN direct connection.Methods Virtual Private Network(VPN)equipment was used to transfer the information of medical imaging equipment of the community health service center from region wide into the Picture Archiving and Communication System(PACS)of the medicine imaging center,and the doctors from the imaging center issued the reports.Results The imaging center based on VPN mode was simple structured and less one-time investment,which is convenient for doctors to complete their work and issue other hospital reports in parttime.Conclusion The imaging center based on VPN mode has less investment and quick effect,which is suitable for the initial operation of image center in underdeveloped areas or with less one-time investment.
