摘　　要：目的讨论基于SBAR沟通模式在ICU护理交接班中的应用效果。方法以北京市昌平区医院2022年9月-2023年2月在ICU实施常规护理交接班方法的20名护理人员作为对照组,以该院2023年3月-2023年8月实施常规护理交接班方法基础上应用SBAR沟通模式的20名护理人员作为研究组。对比两种护理交接班方式的护理交接班效果、患者信息掌握情况、与交接相关的不良事件发生率。结果研究组护理交接班效果较对照组更好,P<0.05;研究组护理人员对患者信息掌握情况较对照组更好,P<0.05;研究组与交接相关的不良事件发生率为6.67%,较对照组的24.44%更低,P<0.05。结论基于SBAR沟通模式在ICU护理交接班中的应用,可以强化护理人员对患者疾病掌握程度、有助于提高护理工作实施效果,防范交接相关的不良事件的发生,提升护理人员的护理服务水平。Objective To discuss the application effect of SBAR communication mode in ICU nursing handover.Method A control group consisted of 20 nursing staff members who implemented routine nursing handover methods in the ICU of Changping District Hospital in Beijing from September 2022 to February 2023,and a study group consisting of 20 nursing staff members who applied SBAR communication mode on the basis of routine nursing handover methods implemented in the hospital from March 2023 to August 2023.Observe the effectiveness of nursing handover,patient information mastery,and incidence of adverse events related to handover.Result The nursing handover effect of the study group was better than that of the control group,P<0.05;the nursing staff in the study group had a better understanding of patient information compared to the control group,P<0.05;the incidence of adverse events related to nursing and handover in the study group was 6.67%,which was lower than the control group's 24.44%,with P<0.05.Conclusion The application of SBAR communication mode in ICU nursing handover can strengthen the nursing staff's understanding of patient diseases,help improve the implementation effect of nursing work,prevent the occurrence of adverse events related to handover,and improve the nursing service ability of nursing staff.
