摘　　要：目的探讨健康教育在降低初次定量肠癌筛查粪隐血(FIT)试验的体检者假阳性率中的应用效果。方法选取2022年6月-2023年6月于江西省新余钢铁集团有限公司中心医院行初次定量FIT试验的体检者142例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组71例。对照组采取常规方式留取标本,观察组在对照组基础上再实施健康教育,比较两组体检者对健康知识掌握情况、假阳性率以及满意度。结果两组干预前健康知识掌握情况比较,无明显差异(P>0.05);两组干预后健康知识掌握情况评分高于干预前,观察组干预后健康知识掌握评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组假阳性率为2.82%,低于对照组的11.27%(P<0.05)。观察组体检者满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育可提升接受初次定量FIT试验的体检者对健康知识的了解和掌握程度,降低假阳性率,体检者对健康教育更加满意。Objective To investigate the application effect of health education in reducing the false positive rate of patients in the first quantitative screening of intestinal cancer for fecal occult blood(FIT)test.Methods A total of 142 patients who underwent the first quantitative FIT test in our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into two groups with 71 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group took routine samples,and the observation group took health education on the basis of the control group.The mastery of health knowledge,false positive rate and satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared.Results The two groups were compared in health knowledge before intervention(P>0.05).The score of health knowledge mastery after intervention was higher than that before intervention,and the score of health knowledge mastery after intervention in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The false positive rate of observation group was 2.82%,lower than that of control group 11.27%(P<0.05).Satisfaction scores in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education can improve the understanding and mastery of health knowledge,reduce the false positive rate,and make the health education more satisfactory.
