摘　　要：目的探讨实施规范化护理管理对社区2期压力性损伤患者的干预效果。方法选取2022年7月-2023年6月在新街口社区卫生服务中心创面门诊及下属社区站就诊的2期压力性损伤患者70例,以随机数字表法分为对照组(n=35)与观察组(n=35)。对照组给予常规护理管理方式,观察组在对照组基础上给予规范化护理管理,比较两组干预后相应时间点创面愈合情况[采用压力性损伤愈合评价量表(PUSH)评估]、干预3个月后疾病转归情况、生活质量[采用生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOL-74)评估]。结果干预第7天、第14天、第21天,观察组PUSH评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预3个月后,两组疾病好转率、加重率比较,无显著差异(P>0.05),但观察组痊愈率高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预3个月后,观察组GQOL-74各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在2期压力性损伤患者中实施规范化护理管理,可显著改善其创面愈合情况及转归情况,并可提升患者生活质量,值得借鉴。Objective To explore the intervention effect of standardized nursing management on patients with stage 2 stress injury in the community.Methods A total of 70 patients with stage 2 stress injury who were treated in the wound clinic of Xinjiekou Community Health Service Center and its subordinate community stations from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected and numbered according to the order of treatment.Random number table method was divided into control group(n=35)and observation group(n=35).The control group was given routine nursing management,and the observation group was given standardized nursing management on the basis of the control group.The wound healing status of the two groups at corresponding time points after intervention[evaluated by Stress Injury Healing Evaluation Scale(PUSH)],disease outcomes after 3 months of intervention,and quality of life[evaluated by GQOL-74]were compared between the two groups.Results On the 7th,14th and 21st days of intervention,PUSH scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,there was no significant difference in the rate of disease improvement and aggravation between the two groups(P>0.05),but the recovery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,GQOL-74 scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of standardized nursing management in patients with stage 2 stress injury can significantly improve the wound healing and outcome,and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worth learning.
