银花泌炎灵片联合氨曲南治疗急性尿路感染的效果及对白细胞计数和炎症因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的分析银花泌炎灵片+氨曲南这一用药方案在急性尿路感染患者治疗中的应用效果与价值。方法该研究于2020年1月-2023年1月期间在天津市北辰区中医医院接受急性尿路感染治疗的患者中随机抽取58例开展研究,按照随机数字表法将患者分为接受银花泌炎灵片+氨曲南治疗的实验组(n=29)和接受氨曲南治疗的对比组(n=29)。结果相对于对比组患者,实验组患者治疗效果更具优势,相关症状消失时间相对较短,统计学差异显著,P<0.05。治疗前两组患者相关症状积分、白细胞计数和炎症因子水平一致性较强,并无显著统计学差异,P>0.05;治疗后实验组患者相关症状积分、白细胞计数和炎症因子水平均显著差别于对比组患者,存在统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对于急性尿路感染患者而言,银花泌炎灵片+氨曲南是一种相对较为理想的用药方式,在提高患者治疗效果的同时有助于其症状缓解与消失,改善了患者的白细胞计数和炎症因子水平。Objective To analyze the effect and value of Yinhua Miyanling tablet Aztreonam in the treatment of acute urinary tract infection.Methods A total of 58 patients with acute urinary tract infection were randomly selected from the January 2020 to January 2023,the patients were divided into experimental group(n=29)and control group(n=29).Results The results showed that the treatment effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the time of disappearance of the related symptoms was relatively short,with a significant difference compared with the control group(P<05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of related symptoms,WBC count and levels of inflammatory factors before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of related symptoms,WBC count and inflammatory factors in the experimental group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yinhua Miyanling tablet plus Aztreonam is a relatively ideal drug for the treatment of acute urinary tract infection,at the same time,it can improve the effect of treatment,relieve and disappear the symptoms,improve the white blood cell count and the level of inflammatory factors.
