活心丸(浓缩丸)治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病稳定性心绞痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察冠心病稳定性心绞痛(SAP)气虚血瘀型患者采用活心丸(浓缩丸)治疗的临床疗效。方法按随机数字表法将2022年6月-2023年6月于江西省泰和县中医院治疗的82例冠心病SAP气虚血瘀型患者分为两组,每组各41例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组采用活心丸(浓缩丸)与常规药物联合治疗。比较两组临床疗效、心功能、心绞痛发作次数与持续时间、运动耐量及不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率及治疗后的心输出量(CO)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)及6min步行试验(6MWT)高于对照组,治疗后的左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、心绞痛发作次数低于对照组,持续时间短于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论气虚血瘀型冠心病SAP患者采用活心丸(浓缩丸)治疗可减轻心绞痛症状,改善患者心功能、运动耐量,且不良反应并未增加。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Huoxin Pill(Concentrated Pill)in the treatment of stable angina pectoris(SAP)patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type of coronary heart disease.Method 82 patients with coronary heart disease SAP with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type who were treated in our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,while the observation group was treated with a combination of Huoxin Pill(Concentrated Pill)and conventional drugs.Compare the clinical efficacy,cardiac function,frequency and duration of angina attacks,exercise tolerance,and adverse reactions between two groups.Result The total effective rate,post treatment cardiac output(CO),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),and 6-minute walk test(6MWT)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.After treatment,the left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),number of angina attacks were lower than those of the control group,and the duration was shorter than that of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of Huoxin Pill(Concentrated Pill)in the treatment of SAP patients with coronary heart disease of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type can alleviate angina symptoms,improve heart function and exercise tolerance,and do not increase adverse reactions.
