血府逐瘀胶囊治疗老年急性心肌梗死患者PCI术后再狭窄的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的针对接受PCI手术治疗的老年急性心肌梗死者,探析血府逐瘀胶囊用药的作用效果。方法于2021年3月-2023年3月,选择此时段陕西省志丹县人民医院收治的接受PCI手术治疗的老年急性心肌梗死者为对象,共84例。实施随机抽签法分组,即A组(42例)、B组(42例)。于术后,A组实施西药治疗;B组则在西药治疗基础上应用血府逐瘀胶囊,对两组不同方法用药后的效果进行分析。结果治疗后,A组心绞痛发生率为28.57%,高于B组的7.14%(P<0.05)。A组术后再狭窄发生率为28.57%,高于B组的9.52%(P<0.05);A组治疗有效率为66.67%,低于B组的88.10%(P<0.05)。相比A组,B组NO更高,CRP、ET-1更低(P<0.05)。结论对接受PCI手术治疗的老年急性心肌梗死者予以血府逐瘀胶囊治疗,效果理想,可降低心绞痛、再狭窄发生率,利于病情改善,加快机体恢复。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Capsules on elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing PCI surgery.Method From March 2021 to March 2023,84 elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction who underwent PCI surgery in our hospital during this period were selected as the subjects.Implement random drawing method for grouping,Group A(42 cases)and Group B(42 cases).After surgery,Group A was treated with Western medicine;Group B applies Xuefu Zhuyu Capsules on the basis of Western medicine treatment.Analyze the effects of different methods of medication.Results After treatment,the incidence of angina in Group A was 28.57%,which was higher than Group B's 7.14%(P<0.05).The incidence of restenosis in Group A was 28.57%,higher than Group B's 9.52%(P<0.05);the effective rate of treatment in Group A was 66.67%,lower than Group B's 88.10%(P<0.05).Compared to Group A,Group B has higher NO,lower CRP and ET-1(P<0.05).Conclusion For elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing PCI surgery,the use of Xuefu Zhuyu Capsules has an ideal effect,reducing the incidence of angina and restenosis,improving the condition,and accelerating the recovery of the body.
