数字贸易的减污降碳效应分析

摘　　要：本文使用2011—2020年中国30个省份的面板数据,探究数字贸易的减污降碳影响效果及机制效应,并进一步考察了市场化程度的调节效应和环境污染、碳排放的结构效应。研究发现,数字贸易能够实现减污降碳目标,并主要通过提升能源利用效率、规模效应、技术创新和结构优化升级渠道实现。异质性分析表明,数字贸易在降低碳排放和环境污染方面存在胡焕庸线、数字基础设施、自贸区等异质性特征。进一步研究发现,数字贸易对碳排放和环境污染的影响存在市场化程度非线性边际效应递减的负向抑制效果,环境污染、碳排放越高,数字贸易减污降碳效果越明显。This paper used panel data from 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2020to explore the impact and mechanism effect of digital trade on pollution and carbon emission reduction,and further examined the regulation effect of the degree of marketization and the structural effect of environmental pollution and carbon emission.It is found that digital trade can simultaneously achieve the goal of pollution and carbon emission reduction,and it is mainly realized through the channels of improving efficiency of energy use,scale effect,technological innovation and structural optimization and upgrading.The heterogeneity analysis finds that there are heterogeneous characteristics of the Hu Huanyong line,digital infrastructure and FTZ in terms of reducing carbon emissions and environmental pollution.Further research shows that digital trade has a negatively inhibitory effect of decreasing the non-inear marginal effect of marketization degree on carbon emission and environmental pollution.The quantile regression result shows that the overall effect of digital trade on environmental pollution and carbon emissions presents a trend that the higher the environmental pollution and carbon emissions is,the more obvious the effect on pollution and carbon emission reduction is.
