摘　　要：阐述气象数据的收集与分析、计算机模拟天气模型的开发、人工影响天气的效果评估。提出开发先进的优化算法策略,包括数据集成、建模、机器学习、反馈循环、决策支持系统、敏感性分析。This paper expounds the collection and analysis of meteorological data,the development of computer simulation weather models,and the evaluation of the effectiveness of artificial weather modification.It proposes the development of advanced optimization algorithm strategies,including data integration,modeling,machine learning,feedback loops,decision support systems,and sensitivity analysis.
