摘　　要：高原地区气候以低压、低氧为特点,自然环境恶劣,对部队官兵的健康和作战状态产生严重影响。肾脏作为人体的重要器官,血管结构复杂,耗氧量大,易受缺氧等因素的影响。该文从高原地区作战条件和肾脏血氧供应特点等方面,论述了高原作战环境下肾功能的特殊变化和肾损伤的诊治现状,并提出了相应的预防措施,旨在为高原作战环境下肾功能损伤的防治提供参考。The climate on the plateau is characterized by hypobaria and hypoxia,where the natural environment is harsh,which poses a serious threat to the health and combativeness of troops.As a vital organ of the human body,the kidney has a complex vascular structure,large oxygen consumption,and is vulnerable to damage from hypoxia and other factors.This paper outlines the special changes of renal function and current diagnosis and treatment of kidney injury by taking into consideration the actual conditions on the plateau and renal blood and oxygen supply.Meanwhile,related countermeasures are recommended to facilitate the prevention and treatment of kidney injury in warfare on the plateau.
