摘　　要：随着人工智能技术的不断发展,ChatGPT作为OpenAI公司开发的大型语言模型,正引领着智能交互的新纪元。ChatGPT类人工智能凭借其强大的功能和特点,在多个领域展现出惊人的能力,引发了社会各界的强烈关注。本文探讨ChatGPT类人工智能的特点以及ChatGPT类人工智能与传统人工智能的区别,分析了ChatGPT类人工智能对资产评估工作和评估机构及其评估专业人员的影响,指出ChatGPT类人工智能应用在资产评估行业中存在的问题,并提出资产评估行业的应对策略。旨在为资产评估行业应对ChatGPT类人工智能带来的机遇和挑战提供参考和借鉴。With the continuous development of artificial intelligence technology,ChatGPT,as a large-scale language model developed by OpenAI,is leading a new era of intelligent interaction.ChatGPT type artificial intelligence,with its powerful functions and characteristics,has shown amazing capabilities in multiple fields,attracting strong attention from all sectors of society.This article explores the impact and existing problems of ChatGPT type artificial intelligence on the asset appraisal industry,and proposes corresponding response strategies.Firstly,this article introduces the characteristics of ChatGPT type artificial intelligence models and their differences from traditional artificial intelligence models.Secondly,the impact of ChatGPT type artificial intelligence on asset evaluation work and evaluation institutions and their evaluation professionals was analyzed,including improving the efficiency of evaluation work,enhancing the scientificity of evaluation results,and improving the quality of asset evaluation reports;The impact on evaluation institutions and their evaluation professionals includes expanding evaluation services,assisting in cross lingual and cross-cultural evaluations,reducing enterprise asset evaluation risks,and knowledge sharing and teamwork.Then,this article points out the problems that exist in the application of ChatGPT type artificial intelligence models in the asset valuation industry,including network security issues,information data protection issues,output information review issues,and supervision and management issues.Finally,strategies for the asset appraisal industry were proposed.Intended to provide reference and inspiration for the asset appraisal industry to address the opportunities and challenges brought by ChatGPT type artificial intelligence.
