摘　　要：开展全国地面数字电视700兆赫频率迁移实施工作以后,中央节目包中不再允许插播地方节目,搭建省级本地节目数字电视覆盖网可有效保障城乡居民持续免费收看地方节目。本文以广西为例,对省级本地节目地面数字电视覆盖网的建设、频率、节目规划、信号源系统、发射系统、监控系统等关键技术进行分析研究,可为各地即将或正在开展的本地节目地面数字电视覆盖建设提供参考。After the implementation of the 700 MHz frequency migration of digital terrestrial television,local programs are no longer allowed in the central program package.The establishment of a digital television coverage network for provincial local programs can effectively ensure that urban and rural residents continue to watch local programs for free.Taking Guangxi as an example,this paper analyzes and studies the construction,frequency,program planning,signal source system,transmission system,monitoring system and other key technologies of the provincial local program terrestrial digital TV coverage network,providing a reference for the construction of local program digital terrestrial television coverage that is soon or is being carried out in various places.
