国家文化安全嵌入乡村公共文化空间建设:协同逻辑与路径导向

摘　　要：乡村公共文化空间是乡村文化事业建设的重要环节,同时也成为国家文化安全维护的重要场域。乡村公共文化空间建设通过巩固乡村基层文化阵地、保护中华优秀传统文化和切实保障基层文化权益实现等方式,同国家文化安全的内在要求相协同,形成“乡村振兴”战略下乡村公共文化空间新的建设逻辑。协调推进乡村公共文化服务开展、积极传承中华优秀传统文化、丰富乡村公共文化供给的内容和类型,是引导国家文化安全嵌入乡村公共文化空间建设工作的基本路径。Rural public cultural space is an important part of rural cultural undertakings construction,and it has also become an important field for national cultural safety maintenance.The construction of rural public cultural spaces by consolidating rural grassroots cultural positions,protecting the excellent traditional culture of China,and practically ensuring the realization of grassroots cultural rights and interests,is coordinated with the inherent requirements of national cultural security to form a new strategy of rural revitalization.As to construction logic,coordinating and promoting the development of rural public cultural services,actively inheriting the excellent traditional Chinese culture,and enriching the content and types of rural public culture are the basic paths to guide national cultural security into the construction of rural public cultural space.
