摘 要:使用FDM 3D打印增材技术和数值模拟软件对叶轮熔模铸造过程进行了研究。设计了底注式、顶注式和侧注式浇注系统,利用AnyCasting软件对各个浇注方案进行数值模拟分析,得到最佳浇注方案。采用增材制造技术和熔模铸造工艺制备出了合格铸件。结果表明,AnyCasting软件可以准确预测熔模铸造的缺陷,熔模铸造工艺可以很好地结合增材制造技术,并且能获得优良铸件。该研究解决了由于叶轮模具制造工艺繁琐所带来的铸造缺陷问题。The impeller investment casting process was studied by using FDM 3D printing additive technology and numerical simulation software.The bottom-casting,top-casting and side-casting casting systems were designed.The numerical simulation analysis of each casting scheme was carried out using AnyCasting software,and the best casting scheme was obtained.Qualified castings were produced by using additive manufacturing techniques and investment casting processes.The results show that the AnyCasting software can accurately predict the defects of investment casting,the investment casting process can be well combined with the additive manufacturing technology,and can obtain excellent castings.The research solves the problem of casting defects caused by the cumbersome manufacturing process of impeller molds.
