摘 要:目的:建立黄芪超滤液的纳滤浓缩工艺及纳滤液的干燥方法。方法:以黄芪甲苷、毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷、毛蕊异黄酮、芒柄花苷、黄芪多糖、乙醇浸出物为评价指标,以滤过温度、操作压力、膜面错流速度为考察因素,采用AHP-熵权法的主客观组合赋权和L_(9)(3~4)正交设计法,优选出黄芪超滤液的最佳纳滤工艺;比较冷冻干燥、真空干燥、常压干燥及微波干燥对纳滤液的影响,通过综合评分和指纹图谱联合使用,优选出纳滤浓缩液的最佳干燥方法。结果:黄芪超滤液的最佳纳滤工艺为压力0.16 MPa,温度40℃,错流速度4.5 m·s^(-1);纳滤液最佳干燥方法为真空干燥法。结论:本研究可为高品质黄芪提取物的工业化生产提供一种高效节能的技术。Objective:To establish the nanofiltration concentration process and drying method of Astragalus membranaceus ultrafiltrate.Methods:Using Astragalus methyloside,Pistil isoflavone glucoside,Pistil isoflavone,mangiferin,Astragalus polysaccharide,ethanol extract as evaluation indexes,and filtration temperature,operating pressure,cross flow rate as investigation factors,the optimal nanofiltration process of Astragalus ultrafiltrate was selected by AHP entropy weight method and L_9(3~4) orthogonal design method;the effects of freeze drying,vacuum drying,atmospheric pressure drying and microwave drying on nanofiltrate were compared and the best drying method for nanofiltration concentrates was selected by a combination of comprehensive scoring and fingerprinting.Results:The optimal nanofiltration process of Astragalus ultrafiltrate was pressure 0.16 MPa,temperature 40 ℃ and cross flow rate 4.5 m·s~(-1).The best drying method for filtrate was vacuum drying.Conclusion:This study can provide a technology with energy saving and environmental protection for the industrial production of high quality Astragalus extract.
