摘 要:研究了预时效对一种近β型Ti-10Mo-6Zr-4Sn-3Nb(Ti-B12)医用钛合金组织演变和力学性能的影响。结果表明,在325、425℃分别预时效0.5~8.0 h后,在β母相中均匀析出了大量的椭球状等温ω相。随着预时效温度的升高和时间的延长,ω相的尺寸逐渐增大,而密度则逐渐减小。基于等温ω过渡相辅助α相形核与细化作用,在较低的预时效温度和较短的时间下可获得密度更高、尺寸更细小且弥散分布的次生α相。此外,经预时效后,通过显著细化次生α相的尺寸和提高α相的析出密度,强度得到了明显提升,并获得了较好的塑性。然而,当将预时效时间增加至一定值时,强化效应变得不再明显。The effects of pre-aging on the microstructural evolution and mechanical properties of a nearβtype Ti-10Mo-6Zr-4Sn-3Nb(Ti-B12)biomedical titanium alloy were investigated.The results show that a large number of ellipsoidal isothermalωphases are uniformly precipitated within the parentβphase when the alloys are pre-aging treated at 325℃and 425℃with the holding time from 0.5 h to 8.0 h,respectively.The size ofωphases gradually increases and the density of them progressively decreases with the increase in the pre-aging temperature and holding time.Based on the effect of isothermalωtransitional phase assistedαphase nucleation and refinement,the higher density,smaller size and more dispersed distribution of secondaryαphases can be obtained at the lower pre-aging temperature and shorter pre-aging time.Moreover,the strength can be improved and the better plasticity can be achieved via further refining the dimension and increasing the density of secondaryαphases after pre-aging.However,the strengthening effect is no longer obvious when the pre-aging time increases to a certain value.
