摘 要:以贵州省某既有地下车库所遇抗浮问题为实例,根据该建筑周边环境勘察情况以及对病害位置检测结果,提出了采用底板固结防渗+结构补强相结合的综合抗浮加固方案,解决了地下水位变化引起的地下建筑抗浮不足问题。综合考虑建筑使用功能、预计工期以及经济性等影响因素,对采用全抗浮锚杆抗浮加固方案、底板自重抗浮加固方案与综合抗浮加固方案进行了对比,最终选择了综合抗浮加固方案解决了该项目抗浮问题。Taking the anti-floating problem encountered in an existing underground garage as an example,according to the investigation of the surrounding environment of the building and the detection results of the disease location,a comprehensive anti-floating reinforcement scheme combining consolidation anti-seepage and structural reinforcement was put forward,which solves the problem of insufficient anti-floating of underground buildings caused by the change of groundwater level.Considering the influencing factors such as building use function,expected construction period and economy,the whole anti-floating anchor reinforcement scheme,structural weight anti-floating reinforcement scheme and the comprehensive anti-floating reinforcement scheme were compared.Finally,the comprehensive anti-floating reinforcement scheme was selected to solve the anti-floating problem of the project.
