摘 要:腹泻是养猪业面临的世界性难题,由猪肠道病毒感染导致的仔猪腹泻更是如此。营养与动物健康关系十分密切,营养干预已是防控肠道病毒感染的重要措施。营养干预的理论基础是弄清病毒的致病机制及营养对病毒及其感染与动物康复过程的调节作用。本文在简述猪主要肠道病毒特征基础上,重点围绕免疫、细胞命运和肠道微生物等方面总结了病毒的致病机制和营养调控作用研究进展,旨在为深入认识和研究营养与猪肠道病毒的关系,开发肠道保健和抗病营养技术提供参考。Diarrhea is a global challenge in the pig farming industry,especially when it comes to piglet diarrhea caused by porcine enteric viruses.The relationship between nutrition and animal health is extremely close,and nutritional intervention has become a crucial measure in preventing and controlling enteric virus infections.The theoretical foundation of nutritional intervention lies in understanding the pathogenic mechanisms of the virus and the regulatory role of nutrition in the virus,its infection,and the animal recovery process.This article,while briefly describing the main characteristics of porcine enteric viruses,focuses on summarizing research progress in the pathogenic mechanisms of the virus and the regulatory effects of nutrition on aspects such as immune,cell fate and intestinal microbiota.The aim is to provide a reference for a deeper understanding and research on the relationship between nutrition and porcine enteric viruses,and to develop nutritional technologies for intestinal health and disease resistance.
