摘 要:为了提高阀门密封面的质量和使用寿命,减少密封面磨损带来的经济损失,开展核电阀门常见密封面材料钴基合金以及Cr13系合金密封面性能研究。试件均采用手工钨极氩弧焊堆焊的焊接方法并进行焊后热处理。按照ASTM-G132标准要求,采用销-盘式摩擦副的形状对不同材料的密封副进行室温、高温摩擦磨损试验,研究密封副的摩擦系数、磨损量及磨损率,了解密封面的摩擦磨损规律及磨损原因。试验结果表明:钴基合金的摩擦副摩擦系数较小,磨损量较低,具有良好的抗摩擦磨损性能;Cr13系合金摩擦副,容易出现粘着磨损,摩擦副的摩擦系数较大;350℃高温下的磨损率均大于同种摩擦副室温下的磨损率,特别是钴基合金材料摩擦副;有Cr13材料的摩擦副,磨损率均高于钴基合金材料的摩擦副,其中Cr13低硬度/Cr13高硬度的摩擦副,磨损率远远高于其他摩擦副,与钴基合金材料的摩擦副相比,磨损率增加了5倍以上。In order to improve the quality and service life of the valve sealing surface and reduce the economic loss caused by the wear of the sealing surface,the properties of cobalt-based alloy and Cr13 series alloy sealing surface of common sealing materials for nuclear power valves were studied.All the specimens were welded by manual TIG surfacing and were subjected to post-welding heat treatment.According to the requirements of ASTM-G132 standard,the pin-on-disk friction pair shape was used to conduct room temperature and high temperature friction and wear tests on sealing pairs of different materials,to study the friction coefficient,wear amount and wear rate of sealing pairs,and to understand the friction and wear rules and wear causes of sealing surfaces.The test results showed that the friction pair of cobalt-based alloy has small friction coefficient and low wear amount,and has good anti-friction and wear properties.The Crl3 alloy friction pair is easy to appear adhesive wear,and the friction coefficient of the friction pair is large.The wear rate at 350℃is higher than that at room temperature,especially for cobalt-based alloy friction pairs.The friction pair with Crl3 material has a higher wear rate than the friction pair with cobalt-based alloy material,of which the friction pair with Cr13 low hardness/Cr13 high hardness has a much higher wear rate than other friction pairs,and the wear rate has increased by more than 5 times compared with the friction pair with cobalt-based alloy material.
