摘  要:针对阀门中刀型密封结构,采用理论分析和仿真模拟对其密封过程进行研究,主要分析了密封力、阀座刀型角、密封面直径以及材料物理性能对刀型密封结构的密封比压的影响。结果表明:密封力、阀座刀型角、阀座密封面直径以及阀座的杨氏模量对刀型密封结构的密封比压影响较大。基于此,提出了刀型密封结构的密封比压模型,为阀门刀型密封结构设计奠定一定的基础。Aiming at the knife-shaped seal structure in valve,the sealing process is studied by theoretical analysis and simulation.The effects of the sealing force,knife angle of valve seat,diameter of sealing surface and physical properties of the material on the sealing specific pressure of the knife-shaped seal structure are mainly analyzed.The results show that,for the knife-shaped seal structure,the sealing force,the knife angle of valve seat,the sealing surface diameter of the seat and the Youngs modulus of the valve core have great influence on the seal specific pressure.Based on this,the seal specific pressure model of the knife-shaped seal structure is put forward,which can lay a foundation for the design of knife-shaped seal structure for the valve.
