摘  要:本文对某新建冷却剂泵试验台架冷态运行性能调试进行了概述,并进一步对台架测量误差和试验泵容差分别分析。结果表明:新建试验台架测量额定点与基准额定点误差为1.08%,其余试验结果与基准值误差均在1.6%以内,满足泵精度要求;以不同基准曲线额定点为试验泵性能要求,试验泵流量和扬程数据均在允许容差范围内。This paper summarized the cold operation performance debugging of a new coolant pump experimental facility,then the facility measurement error and test pump tolerance are further analyzed respectively.The results show that the error between the rated point and the reference point of the new experimental facility is 1.08%,and the error between the other test results and the reference value is within 1.6%,which meets the requirements of pump accuracy.With rated points of different reference curves as the performance requirements of the test pump,the flow and head data of the test pump are within the allowable tolerance range.
