摘 要:在“双碳”背景下,各国都在寻找替代化石能源的新型清洁能源,国内各省在能源领域碳达峰实施方案中都要求加大清洁能源生产供应,降低能源供给碳排放,绿氢的发展成为必然趋势。在电解制氢的过程中,存在各种异常的运行状态及设备故障,由于氢气的爆炸极限广(4%~75.6%),所以其中最严重故障就是氢气泄漏问题。本文提出了因氢气干燥器温度异常导致氢气泄漏的解决方案,详细介绍了故障发生时的现象、各部位的运行参数、故障的影响及解决措施。根据本文所提出的解决方案,避免了后续氢气干燥器温度异常导致发生氢气泄漏的严重后果,较好地解决了氢气泄漏的问题。In the context of achieving carbon peak and carbon compliance,countries are searching for new clean energy sources to replace fossil fuels.In the implementation plans of carbon peak in the energy sector in various provinces in China,it is required to increase the production and supply of clean energy,reduce carbon emissions from energy supply,and the development of green hydrogen has become an inevitable trend.In the process of electrolytic hydrogen production,there are various abnormal operating conditions and equipment failures.Due to the wide explosion limit of hydrogen(4%~75.6%),the most unacceptable failure is hydrogen leakage.This article proposes a solution for hydrogen leakage caused by abnormal temperature of the hydrogen dryer,and provides a detailed introduction to the phenomenon when the fault occurs,the operating parameters of each part,the impact of the fault,and the solutions.According to the solution proposed in this article,it avoids the serious consequences of hydrogen leakage caused by abnormal temperature in the subsequent hydrogen dryer and effectively solves the problem of hydrogen leakage.
