摘  要:常规三偏心蝶阀由于阀座和密封圈的加工及装配误差的影响,只能满足单向密封的要求。为了提高三偏心蝶阀的反向密封性能,近年来,经过各个阀门厂家的验证,利用介质反向作用时的压力提高密封副密封比压的浮动式阀座结构,在蝶阀双向密封中取得了显著的效果。本文通过对三偏心蝶阀在反向介质作用时容易泄漏的原因进行分析总结,并介绍了不同蝶阀生产厂家采用不同型式的浮动式阀座结构的特点,指出了现有的浮动式阀座结构中螺钉存在容易松动的弊端,在此基础上对蝶阀密封结构进行了改进设计。改进后的密封结构保证了正、反向的可靠密封性,解决了螺钉容易松动脱落的问题。Conventional triple offset butterfly valves can only meet the requirements of one-way sealing due to the processing and assembly errors of the valve seat and sealing ring.In order to improve the reverse sealing performance of the triple offset butterfly valve,in recent years,after the verification of various valve manufacturers,the floating valve seat structure that uses the pressure of the medium to increase the sealing specific pressure of the sealing pair has achieved remarkable results in the two-way sealing of the butterfly valve.In this paper,the reasons for the easy leakage of the triple offset butterfly valve in the action of reverse medium are analyzed and summarized,and the characteristics of different types of floating seat structures adopted by different butterfly valve manufacturers are introduced,and the drawbacks of easy loosening of the screws in the existing floating valve seat structure are pointed out,and the sealing structure of the butterfly valve is improved on this basis.The improved sealing structure ensures the reliable sealing of the forward and reverse,and solves the problem that the screws are easy to loosen and fall off.
