完整社区视角下历史街区更新策略研究——以安徽省桐城市东大街为例

摘　　要：历史街区更新再造是旧城改造的重点内容,对于传承地方文脉、提升居民幸福感具有深远意义。为更好拓展历史街区的现代功能,需在其保护更新中以居民需求为导向,充分调动人的积极性,结合特色文化。本文以安徽省桐城市东大街历史文化街区为例,基于完整社区理论,分析东大街的优势营造要素和现状困境,从功能结构规划、步行道路规划、公共空间设计、便民生活圈建立等方面对街区的场所空间进行营造提升,以期为历史文化街区保护更新提供借鉴。The renewal of historic districts is a key element in the old city renovations,which is of great significance to the inheritance of local cultures and the enhancements of residents'sense of well-being.In order to better expand modern functions in historic districts,protection and renewal should be guided by the needs of residents,and combined with the characteristic culture,so as to fully mobilizing people's enthusiasm.The paper takes the historical and cultural block of Dongdajie in Tongcheng City,Anhui Province as an example,and analyzes the advantages and present problems of Dongdajie based on the theory of complete community.Improvements for the space constructions of historic districts are proposed from the aspects of functional structure planning,pedestrian road planning,public space design,and establishment of convenient living circles,with a view to providing references for the protection and renewal of other historic districts.
