摘 要:针对云南某铜矿选厂浮铜尾矿选硫作业时硫回收率偏低,尾矿硫含量过高等问题。在选铜尾矿性质研究的基础上进行了提高硫回收率的试验研究,对浮铜尾矿进行再磨,并进一步降低粗选矿浆pH至弱酸性,同时添加少量的活化剂CuSO_(4)进行活化,可显著提高硫回收率,通过采用“一粗两精两扫”的闭路浮选试验流程,可获得品位为39.25%、回收率为85.69%硫精矿,与现场生产工艺相比,所得硫精矿品位提高近2个百分点,回收率提高近11个百分点。Because the sulfur recovery rate is low,sulfur content is high in tailings,and so on at sulfur beneficiation operation of copper flotation from tailings of one Yunnan copper dressing plant,the experimental study for improvement of sulfur recovery rate was carried out based on the study on the properties of copper tailings beneficiation.Re-grinding of floating copper tailings was carried out,and the pH value of rough beneficiation slurry can be furtherly decreased to weak acidity,simultaneously,activation was carried out for a small amount of activator CuSO_(4),and the recovery rate of sulfur was increased obviously,the closed circuit flotation test flow that"one rough selection,two cleanings and two scavengings"can be adopted,so the following parameters can be got,the sulfur concentration that the grade is 39.25%,the recovery rate is 85.69%,when it compared with the on-site production process,the sulfur concentrate grade can be increased by 2%,the recovery rate can be increased by 11%.
