浮选柱在四川某难选铜镍硫化矿中的试验研究与应用

摘  要:使用浮选柱替代传统浮选机在铜镍混合浮选工艺中提高镍精矿品位的可行性。研究表明,对Ni品位为2.37%,Cu品位为0.63%的某铜镍粗精矿进行混合精选试验,经过浮选柱一段选别,取得了混合精矿Ni品位为8.55%,Cu品位为3.56%的选矿指标;同比试验浮选机,浮选柱一段混合精选,作业回收率与浮选机基本持平的情况下,精矿镍品位提高了3.1个百分点,铜品位提高了1.46个百分点。A Flotation column is used to instead of the traditional flotation machine in the process of copper-nickel mixed flotation process,in order to improve the feasibility of nickel concentrate grade.The study results show,that one copper-nickel rough concentrate with a Ni grade is 2.37%,a Cu grade is 0.63%which was used for the mixed cleaning experiment,after one sectional mineral processing by flotation column,we can get the mineral separation indicators that mixed concentrate with Ni grade is 8.55%,Cu grade is 3.56%;comparing with the experimental flotation machine,after one sectional mineral processing by flotation column,the operation recovery rate is the same,the nickel concentrate grade is increased by 3.1%,copper grade is increased by 1.46%.
