摘　　要：为提高原铝质量,根据铝电解生产实际,分析了原铝质量的影响因素并提出了相应改进措施。通过生产实践,原铝中铁含量低于0.075%,硅含量低于0.035%,铝液Al 99.85%槽次百分比为85%以上。The influencing factors for primary aluminum are analyzed and the corresponding improvement approaches are proposed according to the aluminum electrolysis production practice to improve the quality of primary aluminum.After implementation of the above-mentioned measures,in the primary aluminum,the iron content is lower than 0.075%,the silicon content is lower than 0.035%,the Al content in molten aluminum is 99.85%,and the electrolyzer ratio is 85%.
