摘　　要：针对产品氧化钠含量升高、氢氧化铝洗涤设备无法达到设计产能等问题,从减少平盘过滤机盘面洗水串液、提高残余滤饼指标、强化过滤介质再生、延缓系统结疤等方面对原有工艺设备进行优化改造,克服了氢氧化铝粒度细化和平盘过滤机设备的洗涤分离方式缺陷的影响,氧化钠含量从0.463%降至0.295%,平盘过滤机产能从72 t/h升高至93.1 t/h。For the problems that the increasing sodium oxide content in products,the aluminum hydroxide washing equipment can not reach the designed capacity,and so on,the following optimization and transformation measures were taken for the original process equipment,so that the washings liquid residue on the plate of plate filter was decreased,the indicators of residues filter cake were improved,the system scarring was delayed,so the fineness of aluminum hydroxide particle size and the segregation patterns defects of washing of plate filter was overcome,the sodium oxide content was decreased from 0.463%to 0.295%,the yield of plate filter was increased from 72 t/h to 93.1 t/h.
